I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were new and very clean, which I loved. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the service quite good overall. However, the location is a bit tricky since you have to walk through a dark alley to reach the main street, so it's not ideal for late-night outings.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel with its clean and spacious rooms, and the friendly staff really made a difference. The location is quite convenient as it's close to Pavilion, but be careful when walking at night as the alley can be dark. Overall, it offers good value for money with modern amenities, though I felt the dining options could be improved a bit.

I had a stay at this hotel which was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and cozy, and I really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. However, the location is a bit tricky as it's situated down a dark alley about 300 meters from the main street, which can feel a little isolated at night. The value for money is decent, but I wouldn't recommend walking alone in the area after dark.

The location is quite strategic near Pavillion Kuala Lumpur, although I recommend walking during the day since the alley leading there can feel a bit dark at night. The breakfast was good for a boutique hotel, but the dining options could definitely be more varied. Overall, it's a decent choice with some minor drawbacks.
